Dinner from the frigo...

Some friends came over for makan and I just cooked up something from my frigo - whatever that is available stocked in my fridge in half a day's preparation...


 Easy and delicious from the can -  a melange of things from the dry pantry to start off things...

Easy: boiled saucise de Montbéliard served with mash (scented with truffle oil) and some Balsamic reduction to cut down the richness...

 Pan-fried confit de canard used to flavour pasta with some piment d'Espelette and some cheese...

 Salad and cheese...

Crowd favourite: adult-only chocolate mousse - flavoured with Absinthe
