A dinner with friends

Last Saturday, we have decided to have a slow dinner with some friends chez nous and voila the results:

 Chose an all-white theme...

Gazpacho 

 Raw salmon with indian mango and vinaigrette

 Foie gras with mash and balsamic reduction

Capellini with pesto and smoked saucisse de Montbéliard...

 Salad with cheese: Brie

Purple carrot cake napped with warm chocolate sauce to finish...
