Farmers Market at Raub on Sundays

It's been awhile since I last make some photo of the market so here's a pictorial trip of the market...

cutting boards and stirring spatula (the type used for making huge feast in weddings and kenduris) from tembusu wood, a water resistant wood.

Banana galore everywhere

 tiny limes

chillis and okras

 From the herb garden...

This is NOT plantain but Sematu, a banana grown mostly for fritters and chips

 Green aubergines

A man selling sting beans, petai.

Bachang, an aromatic native mango on extreme left.

Fern fronds used for local cuisine, 100% organic because they are collected wild.
